Not a policy about topics. A card for every box on this site that can receive anything, and a closed list of the boxes that do not exist. Nine cards, and that is all of them.

Your email: Goes to: the same tray. Used for: replying to you, and nothing else. Kept for: the same. Removed by: the same
Your telephone, optional: Goes to: the same tray. Used for: only if writing cannot settle something, or if you asked for a call. Kept for: the same
Roughly when: Goes to: the tray, and to the operating company when we ask them for a figure. Kept for: the same
Who is traveling: Goes to: the tray, and to the operating company, because ages change the room. Kept for: the same
A figure not to pass: Goes to: the tray only. Never sent to an operating company, because it would be negotiating against you

The boxes this site does not have

A card number: no page carries a field of that type, and no payment is taken by this office at any point
A password: there is no account to have one for
A social security number: never asked for, never wanted, and refused if volunteered
A passport scan: only if one named operating company requires one, and then by mail, with the reason given first
A date of birth: only after you decide to book, and only where a carrier requires it

The flight search on the front page

The front page carries a search for fares, and an outside booking company runs it rather than this office. It answers on a subdomain of this address, and its button carries you across to them.

What crosses over: one line: two airport codes, the date out, the date back if you gave one, the class, and the head count by adults, children in a seat and infants on a lap
What does not: your name, your address, your telephone, your mail. This office sends none of it, because the search holds none of it
Where the city list comes from: a file on this domain, read by your own browser. Nothing leaves it until you press the button
Whose notice governs once you are across: theirs, not this one, and the booking and the payment happen with them

Three requests, and what each returns

A copy of everything held about you: sent by mail within thirty days, at no charge
A correction, or a deletion: done, except where a booking or a tax record must be kept, and then we say which one and why
An end to contact: permanent, from one line, with no reason needed and no account required

Children

Under thirteen: nothing on this site is aimed at them and no box here is meant to be filled in by one
A child on a booking: the adult arranging the trip supplies the details, and they go only to the operating company that needs them to issue the ticket
Kept: with the booking, for the seven years the tax rules require, and then not at all

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a material change is described in the text rather than absorbed quietly.
