What happens to it

First answer: usually two or three questions, because the answers change what we look at
Then: two or three trips priced, each carrying the case against it beside the case for it
Then: your decision, either way, and both ways are ordinary
If you decide against: nothing is owed and nobody telephones you again
If you ask us to stop: one line ends it permanently, with no reason needed
