Version 1 of this log

Accessibility

Nothing below is a claim of conformance to a standard. Each row is a test somebody actually ran, with how it was run and what it gave. Where it says partial, the open item is named.

The three worst places on this site, worst first

1. The send button does not work without scripts. The boxes are checked in the browser before anything moves, and with scripting off there is no check, so the button stays off rather than sending something nobody looked at. *Until it is fixed:* the same six lines in a mail to office@mydomainetravel.com land in the same tray, and the form says so where it happens. 2. The comparison tables scroll sideways below about 40rem. They carry four and five columns and they do not reflow. *Until it is fixed:* every one of them is preceded by the same information in prose or in a label-and-value list on the same page. 3. The ladder is a visual device. The position of one hairline in a five-row stack is how the bands are compared at a glance. *This is already mitigated rather than pending:* every row prints bought or open as a word, and every card and page names its band in text. The hairline carries nothing the text does not.

Reporting a fault

Write to amend@mydomainetravel.com with the page address, the browser or reader you were using, and what happened instead of what you expected. Answered within five business days, and the fix is usually faster than the answer.

Tell us how you need information sent and it is recorded, and used for every future proposal without your having to ask again.

What we do not control

The documents an operating company issues. Ours are plain and readable. Theirs are theirs, and if one turns up in a shape that does not work for you, say so: it gets read aloud down the telephone, or typed out again in a form that does.
